I promised myself (and you the readers too for that matter) when I started this that it wouldn’t be another “diet blog”.  I didn’t want it to be another “exercise blog” or “whiney blog” or “obsessive eating of 2 dozen donuts blog” either.  But, for the most part, that’s what I’m about to tell you…

1.  It’s Monday, I weighed in down a total of 20 pounds again.  I have a stomach virus and just for giggles I weighed again tonight….I gained 2 pounds…amazing eh?  I was just being silly, no need to remind me that those 14 gallons of Gatorade actually weigh something.

2.  I have seen very little activity in the last week.  Last Week was a miserable week with the TMJ and on Wednesday I had steroid injections in each jaw.  I had to be sedated for this, but I still have the bruise on my cheek to prove it.

3.  I was miserable with that TMJ thing, the miserable from the steroids and then Saturday evening the stomach thing started.  No kidding…whiney blog, sorry.

4.  Last week was crazy and we went out to eat two nights with my in-laws who were visiting and we just…we just didn’t well ok?

So, with that, here we go….if I break 200, as in below not above this time…we re having a party…oh party, I forgot that 2 dozen donuts thing didn’t I? 

Well, first of all, who in their right mind puts a dental office across the road from a Krsipy Kreme donut shop knowing full well that I have no restraint when it comes to these things.  So, while half-sedated and instructing my mother on driving, I lead her to KK where we get 2 dozen donuts plus 1 for the kiddo.  And, I hate a dozen of them on the way home.  Honest.  the whole dozen.  The best I have it figured, my mom had 2, my husband had 1, my oldest had 1, my youngest had 2 so that’s 6 out of 25 that went somewhere besides my belly and that is 6 too many when we are talking about Krispy Kreme…I am so not kidding…
